Growth Mindset Leadership Training 

The Growth Mindset leadership development series is a semi-custom program designed to cultivate more adaptability, change agility, and accountability which will speeds team assimilation, acclimation, and optimization. 

The content and practices promote active practice, enabling the leadership team to role model these competencies. The process increases trust, cohesion, and decision-making effectiveness, which impact the team’s vision, value, and enable a healthy “one team” culture (living your corporate values). 

Why it’s important?  

Achieving business objectives during a transformation requires building leaders who are adaptable, change agile, and accountable. Growth mindset is a proven mental model to enable these competencies. Delivered at companies such as AWS, VMware, and Cisco over the past decade.  

What will I experience? 


You will experience the distinction between knowing and understanding, and actively practicing and living growth mindset. It is an experiential training, interactive in nature, utilizing the design thinking for facilitation, coaching to create deep insight and awareness, and consulting to provide benchmarking data as required to support the overall process.

How is it delivered? 

Full Day 
 

  • 7.5 hours, delivered in person, min of 10 people, max of 21 people.  

  • Includes a follow-up 1.5 hour team coaching session.  

  • For fee add-ons: 1:1s with each team member before or after the event, 1:1 coaching and consulting for the team leader to assimilate the input into strategy and team culture initiatives.  

Virtual Series  
 

  • 8 hours (2 hours/week for 4 weeks), delivered via Zoom, min of 10 people, max of 21 people. 

  • For fee add-ons: 1.5 hour team coaching session after each session, 1:1s with each team member before or after the event, 1:1 coaching and consulting for the team leader to assimilate the input into strategy and team culture initiatives.  
     

Hybrid
