Schedule a call with Kendra to find out if we're the right fit to work together. Our calls are 15 minutes long and allow us to see how I can support you, or if a referral may be required.
Cancellation Policy
Pre-payment is required to get on the schedule. Cancelation policy - 24-hour notice to cancel otherwise, no refund. Emergencies w/ less than 24 hours notice will get rescheduled once. Refund Policy - The current amount already collected will be applied to your new fee for rescheduling an appointment. If someone wants a refund, I will honor their request if services have yet to be rendered, and they request at least 24 hours before their appointment. If any services have been rendered, there is no refund. No-Show Policy for bookings - charged the total amount with no option to reschedule. You will need to go back into the queue and wait for an available appointment.
